Why we start this project?
Many of our customers were still relying on manual or traditional methods for inspections, shift tracking, and reporting. This highlighted a clear opportunity to introduce a modern digital solution to streamline operations, enhance visibility, and boost efficiency. The market demand was strong—and largely underserved.
My Epiroc is not just a platform for direct customers; our vision is to build an entire ecosystem of My Epiroc users. This includes dealers, customer administrators, global customers, and various roles across the customer organization.

We developed the Utilization feature, which includes a utilization chart for an overall overview, an activity calendar to display all related events and a summary chart that provides deeper insights—enabling customers to compare performance across equipment.

We developed the Fleet Management feature, which automatically connects all Epiroc equipment. It features list and card views, real-time location tracking, and detailed equipment profile pages to monitor machine status, location, metrics, alarms, and service.

Led the creation of a scalable design system to support the long-term growth and evolution of the product.
